We finally had a break in the torrential California rain, so I took my daughter out for a photo shoot. We have been safe, but there has been flooding not too far away.

I need to give a shout out to Alchemical Artistry for the GORGEOUS hand carved wand. Let me be clear, they did not ask for this–it is just too beautiful. My daughter carries it all over. If we ever go to Harry Potter World, I will have to purchase one for my son too.
